A company is looking for an EVP, Customer Success and Services.



Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a global Customer Success team to enhance the customer journey
Drive customer retention and renewals through product adoption and engagement
Establish data-driven success processes and foster a customer-centric culture across the organization


Required Qualifications

10-12+ years of experience in a Senior Customer Success leadership role
Proven ability to build and scale teams effectively
Experience in B2B SaaS sales targeting IT, L&D, and Business personas
Familiarity with Gainsight or other CRM platforms
Demonstrated success in leading organizations through transformation
