TACT STAFF is seeking a skilled RN to join our team! As an RN, you
will be responsible for the safety, comfort, and care of neonatal
babies before, during, and after surgery. The ideal candidate for
this role should possess excellent communication skills, attention
to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
--- Assesses and evaluates neonatal care needs and applies critical
thinking skills in patient care management
--- Demonstrates clinical skills and knowledge crucial to quality
and safety in the patient population served
--- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team in the
development, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of
care.
--- Practices safe and efficient patient-centered care, identifying
and escalating barriers and opportunities for improvement
--- Communicates effectively and professionally with patients,
family and all members of the Interdisciplinary Patient Care
Team
Requirements:
--- Active NYS licensure as a Registered Nurse, BSN Required
--- BLS, NRP
--- EPIC experience
--- 2+ years Strong NICU experience required
